I must admit, I was apprehensive about walking this park as we were the only ones there & its off the beaten path. But I took my dog and we both loved it. The paths are not gravel or asphalt, but very easy to distinguish the path routes. Went the day after it rained so it was a bit sloppy in spots.
Great little park, very few people, big wide trails, some cool ruins/farm relics, and at least one very big Berkeley polypore!
Nice park. It has some hills, and some flat walking trails. The trails are well marked.
I really enjoy hiking here! Part of the Buckeye Trail runs through and they have a primitive camp sites here. There’s scenic views of water which helps make it a peaceful experience (for me). Grab a map so you can follow the trails easier.
