Sherod Park is a nice midsize park with plenty to do for everyone. It has a nice size playground, which can accommodate younger and older children. The equipment/ playsets enclude a larger climbing towers( about 2 stories high) with several slides.
Beautiful during the day as well as sunset. Nice break wall and beach line. There are various opportunities for activities. Playground, ball field and walking. It has also become an interesting venue for the Vermilion Beach Market features local and visiting vendors.
This is a well maintained community park that is fairly large. It has beach access, scenic views of Lake Erie,walking paths, fitness equipment stations, shelter houses, playground, plenty of parking and restrooms.
This is a GREAT park! Lots for the kids to do, access to the beach, walking trails and a great view of Lake Erie.
