We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Silver Lake Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
182 acres of woodsy green space with walking trails, a playground, picnic shelters & water access.
What runners say about Silver Lake Park
“Great place to picnic, fish and if they ever open up the beach for swimming again that would even be better, the water even was actually pretty clean!”
“Overall a pretty calm park with plenty of shade.”
The kids just love the playground and the dog likes sniffing around when I'm trying to walk him. They only have porta potties but one of them is handicapped accessible. Plenty of covered pavilions and picnic tables with barbecue grills. The walking trail is concrete which is nice because it's in a low lying wet area.
Always a wonderful place to unwine, people watch, bird watch , duck an geese watch an to take your dogs for a walk. Very relaxing an safe. You can even have a picnic, go fishing or play volleyball ball.
Went here today it's so nice it quiet there is so much to do you can fish there's a big playground you can walk around the park or just sit and relax there is so much to do here had so much fun
Very nice quaint park. If looking to just chill, not even take walk, nice place
