We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Sky Ranch | John Muir Land Trust yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Sky Ranch | John Muir Land Trust
Great Trail shares with horses but hard to find entrance... 142 Paso De Avila road is a better end point address to use for google maps. park right at the entrance as many many people myself included drove to far because maps is deceptive.
Sparsely used trails with beautiful of the Benicia Bridge, Suisun Bay, Carquinez Straits, Mothball Fleet. Entrance from Dutra Road. First half of mile is nicely shaded. Trail is shared with both Horseback Riders and mountain bikers.
Challenging altitude hike, beautiful 360 views at 1000 ft, wildlife, hidden gem
