Confirmed from Skyline Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Skyline Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (423 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 5 mentions

“Clean bathrooms, great walking trail, dog park and fun nija gym fir big kids and adults.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 3 mentions

“This is a cool park for kids with walking trails for adults and a beautiful view.”

This park is small and a wonderful place to enjoy a nice picnic while watching your kids and dogs play. They also have a little area for workouts and a pathway for walking, biking, or skate boarding. Playground equipment is made to look like an extinct dinosaur (t-rex).

Cool park! It has a dinosaur theme for the kids area. There is a light game that's pretty cool to play with the kids. It also has a nice area set up for exercising. Signs instruct you how to use the equipment. There is also a 👣 that goes around the park. It's close to a quarter mile long.

Our favorite park in Tooele, and one of our favorites even amongst parks in the Salt Lake Valley. The views here are unbelievable. There are always lots of people here enjoying it and nice kids overall. We love the walking trails and little woods below, and the exercise stations are awesome.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
