Confirmed from Smith Road Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreational area featuring kid-friendly hiking trails and opportunities for walking and biking.
What runners say about Smith Road Trailhead
This is a great little parking lot off of E. Smith Road that is free and rarely crowded. You can jump into the Sand Creek Trail or the Westerly Creek Trail. Additionally, It is just a short walk to the murals currently being updated at Sand Creek.
My wife and I came here today for the 1st time and we really enjoyed this path A lot... We packed a lunch and walked all over this place.. The dog loved it just as much...
Great spot for a run and awesome if you have pups that like the water. Only downside is no restroom so make sure you go before hand. Lol
It's a nice place to go for a walk or just sit and watch others walk. Also nice for bicycles.
