Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 6 mentions

“Beautiful scenic views and close and accessible enough for those who cannot walk a long distance.”

👟 good for all levels 4 mentions

“Easy trail for a beginners like me and I love the snoqualmie falls.”

I wouldn’t really consider this a hiking trail, but more of a tourist nature walk. Parking in the main area is paid. There are free lots across the street and there’s even a lot further up the hill which generally always has spots available.

Easy trail for a beginners like me and I love the snoqualmie falls. Everytime someone comes and visit us in Seattle, this is the first place we take them to visit the magnificent falls.

Nice and easy trail . Not for strollers. I think it’s about 1/2 mile . Going up was a little tough . It’s worth the view ! Don’t miss this . Amazing view of the falls from lower level.

Very cool trail that's very worth the trip down. Beware it's a harder time going back up, lots of elevation, but lots of spots to stop and look and various neat nature items

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

“Overall, I would classify this as a crowded touristy spot with some nice views of the Falls and educational signage along the way.”
