Confirmed from Stinchcomb Wildlife Refuge's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Love this place! Walking trails, wildlife, gorgeous nature! We saw a bald eagle flying over once too! That was pretty incredible❤️. Highly recommend for easy trails and a fun family outing.

Very nice place to walk and see lots of beautiful scenery and nice views of the Canadian river. lots of foliage, trees , cliffs just a nice place for family or couples or alone. Also more private trails through the trees and foliage. This time of year I have been twice lately and not many people.

This is truly a peaceful and pristine place to come and enjoy a quiet walk, kayak or fish. Truly a beautiful setting easily accessed from major thoroughfares but the city seems to disappear when you enter the park. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to get out and enjoy some fresh air.

I went during hunting season. I was not aware until I got a bit down the path. It is a really nice reserve. I found several mushrooms, evidence of beavers, water fowl, a lovely river, and so much more. It was Avery nice walk.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
