Confirmed from Table Rock Summit Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Very nice park. You can catch some fish there. You can swim and take your kayaks out into the lake. The restrooms are very clean and well maintained and they are HEATED!!! You can also go on 3 different well maintained trails. You have to write your name down in the office before you go on the trails.

This place is beautiful. I'm 44, 260lbs and I don't hike that often. I was able to make it to the summit and back without too much difficulty. I would definitely recommend hiking poles and good hiking shoes. They really make a difference. There are plenty of opportunities for pictures along the way.

Really enjoyed this trail. Dogs loved the creek at the beginning and end of the trail. From the trail check-in to just past the summit, out and back was approximately 8 miles. Did this trail July 1st. It was hot and humid. Bring plenty of water and some snacks.

An absolutely amazing trail. If you're a seasoned hiker, this would be a moderate to dofficult trail. It's all uphill, with just a couple of straightways. If you have bad knees, know that what goes up must come down. And it's all down! Would highly recommend hiking poles. Always carry water. Dog friendly.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
