Just drove over to check out the access point to the Tammany Trace trail. What a beautiful oak! Didn't have time to ride my bike on the Trace today, but I will be back.
Absolutely love the ride. A couple of times I've actually got to talk to staff was very friendly and enjoyable. But the trail itself is just fantastic great ride you can just zone out and enjoy the actual bike ride itself and not having to worry about getting ran down by someone else.
very well maintained, friendly staff , nice walking and biking trails. kid play area is safe and equipment is modern. walking paths have benches to stop and sit awhile. No pets allowed which is kinda of a bummer but great place to walk/bike/play.
Very nice trail. Also has playground equipment for children to play on.
