Nice place for a walk for an hour or so. Feel being in wilderness while being in a town
Very quiet and easy walk for kids. The free parking lot is small, but you can Street park a little down the hill. No stroller friendly. Lots of small surprises on the way for toddlers and teens. The visitor centre is very friendly and we love the staff there.
Fun trail with lots of amenities and activities. This is a great place for kids. My child loved the fairy houses, which is why we visited. There's a lake with canoes. We saw some rescued birds, which was great: couple of barn owls and a red tailed hawk.
