Confirmed from Terry Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Relaxed park featuring playgrounds and boat ramps, plus lakeside walking trails, docks and gazebos.
What runners say about Terry Park
“Very clean and well maintained, a convenient boat ramp that’s not steep and will fit most single trailers.”
“This is a beautiful park surrounded by great lake views, there is a pavilion here with grills, many green areas and benches, is quiet and peaceful, I saw people fishing.”
“Lots of other families brought their own canopy, chairs and tables and set up picnic areas under trees in several other places.”

A great free small park next to the lake. The park offers a boating dock ramp and a small trail with several rocking benches to enjoy the water view. It does have public restrooms. It has a nice pavilion with benches too. Plenty of parking.
Beautiful park. Clean bathrooms, picnic Pavillion, boat ramps, and a place for the kiddos to play. There is walking trails and places to just take in the view. Good parking as well.
Clean, right on the lake. Only has four tables under the pavilion. The pavilion has a big open grill. Lots of other families brought their own canopy, chairs and tables and set up picnic areas under trees in several other places. The playground has only swings, about 6 or 8, plus two flying saucer swings.
Great little haden spot. Nice pavilion to cook and have a small get together. Little playground for kids- only wished it was covered since it gets pretty hot with Texas heat. Park has a little walking trail along lake and benches to sit and do some fishing. Overall a nice little hidden park with nice lake view.
