Confirmed from Town Center Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Town Center Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (271 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 8 mentions

“They do a great job at keeping it clean and it's close to a lot of great stores.”

🌳 shaded & cool 4 mentions

“It was very hot today, but there was plenty of shade for the party and a great location to stay close to the kids while they played in the water.”

City employees continue to take up many parking spots, despite having a new facility across town? A great many families bring the kids to play in the water on hot summer days, and the parking lot will get full fast. But you can park in the adjacent areas.

Nice park with lovely trees for shade. Several benches and picnic tables. A 1/2 basketball court and play structure. The Korean war memorial is lovely. Good walking paths throughout. The water feature is wonderful for the kids faster moving water to play in for a good soaking if they enjoy that.

★★★★★ — Tonjia , Jun 2017

Super nice park, great for younger kids. It's easy to see the whole water feature and keep an eye on your kids. Plenty of shade to sit under, bathrooms are decent for a public park.

★★★★★ — Kara , Sep 2022

This park is beautiful, the Korean war memorial is located here. There's a nice little place for children to play that is partially shaded. Skaters enjoy this area because they can skateboard on all of the structures when there's no water running of course. it's just a very nice way to get a short walk in

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
