Confirmed from Turkey Mountain Nature Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hill featuring a variety of steep and moderate trails with river views at the top.

Great hiking option. You can see NYC from the peak. Recommend going early before 830am, parking lot fills up.
Excellent trail for amateur and pro hiker in any season. If you're lucky you can hear turkeys on the trail.
Amazing trails, great place to hike. View from the mountain top is amazing. As heads-up trail is not stroller friendly. Parking lot is good and parking by the road is okay.
A great place to hike with the family or solo. It's a moderate hike and well kept. The trails are clearly marked. Free parking at the site. You'll get a great view of the Croton reservoir. Pick a trail and enjoy.
