The trails are great for walks, running, mountain biking, and more. The UWF Cross Country team occasionally uses these trails to practice and race on. This is also a prime area to photograph local wildlife. You don't have to be a student to visit, just so long as you keep the area clean and stay safe out there.
Peaceful and well marked trials! Not like the typical Florida trail, some of the foliage was new to me. The boardwalk is due to be rebuilt, still overall it was enjoyable and safe and not a boring hike at all!
