Pretty hilly but overall an amazing trail with great views to accommodate.
Bit of a drive but a nice area and the park is a beautiful spot. Nice easy hike down to the beach to spend some time, and then the valley loop trail back to the trailhead parking lot is good workout. Only annoyance are the dog owners who choose to let their dogs off leash and can't control them.
