Epic hike. Moderate difficulty. If you’re in good shape then it’s easy. Hike starts off slow and steady walk along a beautiful creek with minimal incline then you slowly climb up the hill the multiple viewpoints and waterfall viewpoints. The last two viewpoints have a few switchbacks so that’s when it gets harder.
Okay this was by far one of the coolest hikes I’ve done in a while! It was very moderate-hard. Lots of foot uphill downhill variation! The views were amazing wherever you were in the forest! Trail was well kept and easy to find! If you don’t think you need to stop at the scenic overlook of the valley, think again!
There aren’t many waterfalls this close to the city, and this park is truly a PNW gem. With three stunning waterfall viewpoints, scenic creeks, and charming wooden bridges, it’s an epic spot for a day outdoors.
Beautiful hike, clear map of the trails and distances to the various falls, clean, and tons of parking. Does require a Discover Pass. Had pretty clean bathrooms and was very easy to get to.
