Confirmed from Warwick County Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Rural park featuring a playground, trails, meadows and picnic areas.
What runners say about Warwick County Park
“There are many well maintained open field and wooded trails with informational and educational stops along the way.”
Lots of good trails and fishing spots. Park Office was so nice with the kids. They showed them all the animals in the office and we even got honorary junior ranger badge stickers after taking and oath to protect the natural resources in Chester County! ;-)
Chester County has the best parks and this is one of them. There are many well maintained open field and wooded trails with informational and educational stops along the way. You can choose challenging steep paths for a good workout or stroll a couple miles on easy, flat trails.
Very nice area. Plenty of trails to hike on, many go on for miles and miles, so you won’t run out of places to find. There is a river area perfect for taking a swim, it’s deep enough for swimming around but not fast enough to be swept away. Be careful with tiny children though.
My happy place! Playground is safe and fun. Meadow and forest walks, flat or hilly. Clean restrooms and plenty of parking. Pavillions for large and small gatherings and lots of frog and butterfly habitat. Accessible fishing opportunities and festivals through the year, and the GROUNDS STAFF IS AWESOME!
