Confirmed from Webb Memorial State Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

I love this park. It’s so simple but so beautiful. It has a nice little walking trail and a view of the sea. So beautiful in the spring, with a lot of lovely plants and flowers. Also a great place to take little walks on the beach without having to go to a big beach in Boston or on the north shore. It’s very peaceful.

I love this park, it is truly beautiful. It has a quiet charm, it is never too full, and there are 2 sides where you can walk on the beach. It is dog friendly, but the dogs have to be leashed. There is a water fountain for people, and a lower one for dogs.

This is a real gem!! I wouldn't drive from far, but for those in Weymouth and Hingham, this is a delightful hidden treasure! It has the perfect trails for a leisurely walk or a quick run (totally doable with kids and dogs- probably a little too short for adults to bike), that varies in view from meadow, forest, view…

Great park to walk and enjoy the 'million dollar view' of the harbor and Boston skyline. Large parking lot. Picnic tables and benches throughout the park. Anglers fishing from the shore line with success. A lot of animals: rabbits, birds, deer.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

The practical stuff

  • AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
  • SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
