Confirmed from White Cliffs of Conoy's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Former limestone quarry now a tourist attraction and popular spot for river views.

“sitting and watching the sunset was so beautiful and peaceful 🤩🎉i will back whenever I get a chance”
A cool, beautiful spot, although a little underwhelming. I love to explore all sorts of outdoor areas, and I've been all over SE PA finding new adventures, so of course I had to try out the White Cliffs. It's a great spot, but not in my top 10 list.
Looks and feels other-worldly, like being on the moon. Two large white sections from a previous quarry. Two gravel entrances to walk over either side. There is a small path down the little valley to get to the river's edge. It gets very bright here, even with cloudy sky.
The view from the cliffs was very pretty, especially at sunset! A wonderful place for a picnic. I will say that the water down by the river was very smelly though, so I'm not sure how people were swimming in it when we were there. It was a decent 1.6 MI walk from the Koser parking place.
Had an awesome time here today! Beautiful views of the water! The white cliffs were very cool! The trail was paved and flat for the most part. Park at Koser Park and hop right on the trail. Port a potties are available.

“We parked at American Legion Koser Park, and walked about 30 minutes south along the flat, paved NW Country River Trail to reach the Cliffs.”

“Finding the parking lot is easy, but the trail was a little too simple and short for me, and the cliffs were smaller than expected.”
