Confirmed from Wildlands Trust - Halfway Pond Conservation Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Nature preserve with well-maintained trails that lead to different areas, including Gallows Pond.

Amazing place. Well maintained and mostly flat trails and hardly anyone ever there.
Great place with great trails! I did Gallows Pond, Gramp's loop and Whippoorwill, and all were well marked and well maintained. I will add that these are not flat trails and will require some effort.
Took the Gramps Loop. Nice little walk, a little steep in some places. Peaks of the pond. Three benches placed along the loop.
Wildlands Trust is a great place to walk with my dogs, except during summer months near the cranberry bogs as they use pesticides and you don't know which kinds until you get to bog pump house about a half mile in.
Trail conditions & character
“There a many trail not on the bogs that are lovely with great trees, plants, foliage, animals, water views and self or guided tours with periodic information kiosks on the trails.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
