Confirmed from Willow Creek Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Neighborhood park, featuring picnic tables, a playground, a dog park and climbing frames.
What runners say about Willow Creek Park
“I walk here almost daily and its so clean and well maintained.”
“It’s well kept and has something for all ages!”
A great park with a few playgrounds, walking trails, basketball, dog park, frisbee golf, tennis court, and more. It has wheelchair accessible parts as well. Lots of fun and pretty clean every time we come.
Very clean and fun for my grands. playground area has cushioned ground not gravel or dirt which makes it nice. They have all kinds of different things to play and climb on. They have shades on most of the playground, another plus. It is only about a mile from the house which is another plus. Very nice experience.
Really nice park. Not much shade on a sunny day. The equipment is new and in good condition. Always has a good crowd.
One of the best public parks around! I walk here almost daily and its so clean and well maintained. Plus its great for outdoor parties and even has food trucks! Such a cool unique location!

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
