Confirmed from Anastasia State Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

I solo tent camped here for one night in September. The campsites were large, shaded, and surrounded by beautiful trees. It was quiet, peaceful and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The boardwalk to the beach was absolutely stunning at sunset and the park itself was very clean and spacious.

This is an island so it was kind of fun getting there, the drive was beautiful, over the bridge. There is a walkway that takes you up to a point where you can look out over the ocean, and there is also a path for you to go down to the beach.
Beautiful park, the dunes are incredible. Lovely area to bike or walk. We are at the snack shop and it was also great. Very good food and well stocked with bevvies of all stripes.
