Confirmed from Booty's Road Park Trailhead - San Gabriel River Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Booty's Road Park Trailhead - San Gabriel River Trail
“Wonderfully maintained clean park and walkways next to the San Gabriel river, beautiful rock, formations, and trail”
This is the most beautiful treed walk! So peaceful with abundant birds singing, water sounds and views. The directions to the trailhead take you to park along the entrance but go a bit further in for the parking at the trailhead. If you go right on the trailhead options, it will lead you to the dam.
It was an awesome trail. Perfect for beginners. It does have one incline but if I can do it definitely you can. It has a combination of both paved and trail roads. It took me and my husband roughly an hour to walk but we walked upto the end of the community after the trail.
Great place to come to as a family. You can take a paved trail to the dam or you can go the other way and take a nice scenic dirt trail.
