Confirmed from Charleston Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This public space, one of many on Lake Lanier, has boat ramps, docks & picnic tables with grills.

Challenging spot for a run! Outside loop was around 6.1 miles. Nice view & shaded.
Beautiful, peaceful, a few bike drivers, nice for my trail jogging. Not to crowded and Beautiful sceneries. The picnic area is lovely
Good trails for walking and little challenging for bikes but great place for family and pets. It's clean, the trail is well marked. Nice boat ramps, picnic areas with grills etc
This place is a relatively unknown mtb trail but is one of my favorites to ride. It's about 5 miles (both loops) and you start with a climb, but you get some beautiful views of Lake Lanier and some nice fast sections. All in all it is worth checking out!
