Confirmed from Cherry Cove Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a playground and picnic tables as well as grassy lawns and trees.
What runners say about Cherry Cove Park
“Clean Park nice grass playground for chicken however again no dogs allowed no parking lot just have to park on the street”
“A PERFECT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER TO CUDDLE UP AND ENJOY A PEACEFUL DAY DURING A HOT SUMMER DAY!”
This park is a 10 minute walk from the house and I love the trees they have there
Nice park in residential community. You do not see it from the main street. In fact there is no sign showing park from main street. The park is completely fenced. We entered thru the small gate in front. Several slopes for walking up and down. Also picnic tables located in different places.
I love how this park is kind of hidden, but it's so big and so clean tucked away in a neighborhood. They have a fun playground, large picnic space, and huge running area.
Nice park to take your children friends or family to play soccer or in the play ground. It also has a gated fence so the children can't run into the streets.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadwater — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
