Confirmed from Deerfield Nature Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🪧 well-marked 2 mentions

“The trails in the park are well marked and well maintained.”

Excellent park for disc golf with two 18 hole courses that are pretty challenge going and we'll maintained. Lots of natural beauty and you will always see wildlife out there even on the courses.

This is a beautiful park with well groomed trails. There are a lot of different sections of trail and loops you can take, but none of the trail are ridiculously long, so you have time to explore a lot of them. There is camping and swimming here as well which I may have to try out some time.

A must go place! Absolutely gorgeous. Several paths, cool bridges, disc golf course, swimming, pavillions, kayaking.. very nice and you can also camp too. $6 & make a day of it you won't be disappointed.

Great park with fantastic walking trails. Multiple bridges to cross the river. Really good kayaking on the Chippewa river through the park. The covered bridge is a good spot for photos. The swinging bridges are tons of fun but can be challenging for some dogs and small children to cross.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🏞️ Scenic views 16 mentions

“The trails are well groomed and great for any level of experience with hiking, and the trails along the chippewa river give the best views.”
