Confirmed from Dimple Dell Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Area for hiking on meandering bark or dirt/sand trails through scrub oak and grass with views.

“Great for a horseback riding trail running walking hiking.”
“Bring water and make your own shade.”
My favorite place to walk or run in the spring and fall. Best to go early in the summer and avoid the heat. Nice in the winter on sunny days. Dogs love it but keep them on a leash to avoid disturbing wildlife and horses.
This trailhead is one of my favorite places in all of the Wasatch front. It's sits at the base of Bell Canyon and is one of the more beautiful sections of land in the valley.
Cannot get enough of this place. The trails are clearing up but the snow and the puddles do make for a more alert fun run. The scenery is spectacular. The weather was perfect today and it seems like you can see forever. I would definitely recommend it for a hike, bike or run.
It’s not food but couldn’t pass up the shareable views. Had a wonderful time hiking thru the Dimple Dell Patk. I’d suggest early morning because it does get hot on the open/non covered trails.
