Absolutely love this trail (and all of the offshoot trails!) They've recently repaved from here all the way to the Idaho state line, so it's a dream for cyclists, skateboarders, etc.
Nice local trail entrance. Be careful out there, if you're by yourself don't travel far alone. There can be hazards out there. As long as you travel during the right times, and follow common sense we have some of the most amazing scenery, and geology in the nation.
Best stretch of the centennial trail starts here and goes east. It gets a bit unpleasant closer to the Idaho border (noise from the freeway) but up until that it's lovely. The trail is used by many, so make sure you stay on the right and pass on the left, and be aware of people around you.
A really great nature spot. Nice paved road for bike ride and scootering. There’s also nice trail closer to the water that is off the paved road and closer to the nature. Really fun to explore the little island. Ducks and geese are present. Lots of wild flowers. And the grass is super green at this time of the year..
