This is a great park for the family. It has a state of the art modern jungle gym for the kiddos. There are multiple work out stations for ages 14 and up. Nice open field to play in, a path along Egan's Creek with informative signs about the native flora and flora, and even a dock leading down to the waterfront.
Parking can be a bit tough on a busy day, but this park was great! There are workout equipment along the trail that are body weight. Turf under the climbing equipment and very clean overall. A nice place to put in at the docks for your kayaks.
Egan's Creek Park has outdoor workout equipment, bathrooms and a short path circling the park. It's located near many awesome spots to explore on the island. Parking in the lot is prohibited from 12AM to 5AM.
This is a wonderful place to see wildlife, and very convenient from town or the beach. I understand a few people have become successful commercial photographers using pictures from this place! I agree with another reviewer that the signs could be improved a little, but the brochure published by the city is very useful.
