Bring a trail map with you as there are no posts at the Preserve, but trail colors are marked on the trees. I started at Elderslie and ended up on N. Brooksvale road and walked 4 miles to get back... so know your route! Lovely forest with some good rock scrambles and planks through a huge marshland.

A great spot to trail run or hike with dogs and kids—the hills are not too steep. Trails are pretty well marked. There’s a QR code in the parking area for a trail map which was accurate and easy to follow. There are beautiful trees and rock formations. Vernal pools in the spring season are fun to look at too!
