I love this little park / hiking trails. There is no playground or slides or swings. It is simply a little stop where you can hike for a short while. I'm estimating, but I'd guess the trails to be around 1 Mile, ending at big pond. Maybe 2 miles if you actually hike around the whole pond.
We were looking for a wooded trail (not dunes or marshland) to go for an easy hike and this fit the bill. There are no trail signs or maps so we took the main path and ended up by a small lake with a bench to rest at. The highway was nearby the lake which was a bummer but the rest of the trail was quiet and woodsy.
A few short loops. Wooded trails. Good for exploring with the kids or getting some fresh air with the dog. A few ponds for fishing.
Great wooded trail. One way, leads to a small inland lake. Great scenery and round trip, (there and back from lake,) takes roughly 40min. Easy terrain and beautiful location.
