Confirmed from Freeman Lake East Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Beautiful hiking options, and a gorgeous lake with lots of activities in the park.
We walk about 5 times a week at Freeman Lake. Really nice walking trail and good views. It goes off a few loops, but it is primarily all the way around the lake. The only issue we have is when bikes want to pass the trail on the back side, it is narrow in spots, so most people end up in the trees.
this is a gorgeous trail around the lake. can spot turtles and ducks, if you walk queitly (wildlife is easily spooked). varied dirt and gravel trail with flat and hilly areas - so great for mountain/dirt bikes. they also do concerts and fish derbies there. enjoy the fall and exercise.
We love freeman lake little weird that people's houses and yards butt right up against the trail but the lake is nice.
