Great spot to go hiking, lots of different short trails! Didn't have enough daylight to try them all but will be back to try them out. Bonus: Its dog friendly, so be prepared for 4 legged companions. The people here are also really friendly as well.
Beautiful forest for a nice walk, especially in May, June. Lush green, full of bird song and the sound of streams. The only problem is, some dog owners who routinely walk the trails for the hundredth time have became immune to the beauty of this place and clomp through the forest shouting to each other.
Relatively small in terms of trail coverage, but feels nicely wild. Very popular with dog owners. It's usually empty enough for well-behaved dogs to be allowed to run free (technically that isn't legal, but no one is stopping anyone).
Beautiful hilly landscape. There are a few marked trails and a few unmarked ones. The marked trails are great for running, if you are not looking for anything over 5 miles. I was here early fall and it appears that it would be a great place to see all the fall colors when the time right.
