Confirmed from Hickory Run Boulder Field's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a boulder-filled field formed millennia ago from glaciers.

Boulder Field Trail and Field *MODERATE HIKE* it is a fairly long hike, if you’re accessing it through the trail, but the end result is jaw dropping. i was in pure awe of the sight of the boulder field. it is absolutely amazing and i cannot wait to return again one day!
This is a really interesting natural feature that is worth seeing. You wont invest a lot of time here but if in or around Hickory Run you should stop and see it. An absolute must for geoligy or Earth Science enthusiasts. 3 mile drive in on a dirt road but its pretty well kept so any vehicle can handle it.
Great tourist attraction when visiting the Poconos. You can walk out across all of the boulders & take in the beautiful scenery. It’s an amazing view to just look out & see so many boulders in one place. If ever in the area, highly suggest checking it out!
