Confirmed from Lithia Springs Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Laid-back park featuring a playground with swings and baseball fields.
What runners say about Lithia Springs Park
“I saw two covered Pavilions and some nice barbecue grills close by the children's playground and a pretty clean public restroom nearby.”
Love taking the grandbabies to play here when they are in Georgia. We walk the sidewalks to get in cardio, 2 full rounds are a mile, we usually get in at least 5 miles per visit. Nice clean park, except when people don't get their dog poop. There are 2 eating areas, bathroom, playground, and a baseball park.
This is one of the nicest parks in our area. My son loves the playground, which has plenty of equipment for him to play on, and one of the climbing toys looks like a train. We had his birthday party here at one of the pavilions.
I went there to walk, get started on my New Year resolution. A few weeks late, but on time nonetheless. It was clean, quiet, spacious and plenty of sun to warm up in certain spots.
One of our favorite parks! They have adaptive swings for those with special needs. I can actually sit and relax while my daughter plays at this park because there is no where she can run and escape from me lol. Fun for many ages.
