Confirmed from Middle Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a water playground, a bike path, a disc golf course and walking trails.
What runners say about Middle Park
“It was a beautiful day with not too many visitors and there were 2 families of geese that were interesting to watch with very young offspring.”
I love Middle Park. I walk my dog their often. There are tons of trees & beautiful flowers in the Spring & Summer. I am very excited to see how the new aquatic center turns out!
This a quiet park. Great place to picnic, read, or relax. The bike path runs along side the park as well. The water fountains are calming. I like to watch people race their RC boats. Really the only thing that I don't like, is the goose poo all over the place, especially the walking path. Stop feeding the geese!
My daughter and I had some time to kill as we waited between doctor appointments and we went to this park. It had a lot of nice places to walk with a bike trail. Also had nice bathroom facilities with working water fountains. It also has a really nice disc golf course on some fairly hilly terrain.
We went down to the Lagoon at Middle Park. We love the checkers table, so cool. A nice spot to step off the bike/walking path to take a break. The city does need to work on the facilities a bit....but with the pool & ice skating rink so understandable.
