Confirmed from Hollowview Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Hollowview Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (78 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🌾 quiet & peaceful 5 mentions

“Quiet park great for an active kid and right next to a bike path, love it”

Easy for kids to play and far from the road, lots of paths nearby and green play space. The playground is a ship and in new condition and very well taken care of. The only con is the bathroom :( it didn't even have a toilet seat just a hole over a well type tube, not kid friendly.

★★★★☆ — Joetta , Apr 2018

Lots of wide open space with small picnic shelter and playground area. It's right off Duck Creek bike path, which is probably the easiest way to get there. If you're coming by car, you have wind around a maze of residential streets.

★★★★★ — Mike , Jun 2020

It's a cute park for smaller kids. My daughter is now old enough to play on it, and she has been having a blast. You can easily drive to it or park and take a short walk on duck Creek to get there. Either way, it's a win!

★★★★★ — Rosalynn , Apr 2023

Excellent park, one of the best the city has to offer for both kids and adults. Picnic tables, bathrooms, sports fields and courts, trails and children's playground.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
