Confirmed from Minthorn North Natural Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This little spot is just a few blocks or so from my house and I love to sit on a log and enjoy the beautiful view. Not a spot for hiking, just a short walk and meditation. Lots of birds and other wildlife in this little oasis. It's been developing slowly but surely thru the years!
As this is a natural area, there are no dog areas or playground equipment. There's a large pond, surrounded by abundant flora. I did see one duck (female) who wasn't much concerned with me. I saw several bird and bat houses too.
There's Mallard and Ring Neck ducks. Canada geese currently with goslings. Occasionally sightings of Osprey. There's also several song bird species. Trails are bark dust covered only. There's only two trails with the longer one going along the pond on the west side. Parking is across the street in the shopping center.
Kids enjoyed walking around and seeing the ducks/ geese. But needs a picknick bench or even just a bench to sit and view the senery.
