Confirmed from Spring Water Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Spring Water Trail
“What a great pathway through an even more amazing and beautiful amount of communities that you can travel through by bicycle, E Scooter, or foot.”
This is a nice paved trail, with access to water in a few areas. There are lots of bikers so it's probably a better bike trail than walking trail, IMHO. If you're bringing a dog, there aren't any waste bins for poop bags, which is a little surprising to me, for PDX, since so many people have dogs here.
It's a lovely area and great to have in the neighborhood. I love taking walks through here, going on hikes, taking in nature, and having a little slice of peace nestled in the heart of a residential district in a big city.
This is a great place to live nearby with children take your pets for a walk play in the snow smell flowers in the spring watch animals in the summer!
What a great pathway through an even more amazing and beautiful amount of communities that you can travel through by bicycle, E Scooter, or foot. The Springwater trail meanders along side Johnson Creek from it's mouth in downtown Milwaukie, OR that empties into the Willamette River to the headwaters in Gresham, OR.
