I love this campground because it is usually not full, and it has lots of open space for hikes or bike rides, mature trees, hot showers, and flushing toilets. 😊👍🏼 (Make sure you get the gate code for after 4pm arrival). Codes change on Sunday evenings, so if you leave Monday morning, you will need the new code.
I love this place. It's very spread out for an RV camp. Not something you see much of these days, everyone's cramped in where you can hear your neighbors snoring at night. Not this place. Has many trails for you to take a walk on, pet friendly. They have a section for tents only.
Windy place both times I stayed. Good sites with full hook up. No ranger or camp host. Overall a nice place. Not much to see or do. But we managed some nice hikes around the park. Peaceful setting.

“If camping with a big family , I would recommend site “Coyote Bluff” so much space, trees, shade and a night view of the road while cars drive up and down the hill.”
