Confirmed from Mountain View Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
City recreational site with a playground, tennis courts, a walking trail, picnic tables & restrooms.
What runners say about Mountain View Park
“A little TLC front the City for some repairs and after hours clean up of later in evening misuse of others would make it even better.”
“Clean, spacious park with all the amenities including tree shaded park benches, restrooms and playground sets for the kids to use.”
This park has a nice wide loop to walk on (with exercise stations), several entrances to all sides of the neighborhood, a grilling gazebo area, a few different play areas for kids, tennis courts, and many nice benches to relax and read a book.
I live right across from this park and aside from the occasional rowdy people near the restrooms, the park is quiet and welcoming. All equipment it's in working order, the park is frequented by families and kids, very rarely empty. It has the different playgrounds for three different age levels.
Good size park with basketball courts and multiple playground sets. Also a walking trail. The park was busy when we visited.
