We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Northshore Trailhead yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Northshore Trailhead
“He passed away just after this visit so I'm glad I was able to show him a not so popular spot that is really beautiful.”
pleasant hiking trail with great views. this is a one way trailhead that leads out to a dirt road not accessible by the public. If you do continue on this trail to the end I would advise turning around and walking back otherwise you will have to access neighborhood roads that are extremely hilly and some are private.
Some areas were water eroded and a bit harder to walk on but overall a lovely day and hike with my pooches. Be wary there may be some off-roading and vehicles along the trail and lots of sun
The whole route will take about 1.5 hours one way. Easy obstacles, varied terrain, pleasant cardio workout. We were very happy with the walk.
