Confirmed from Olympus Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Sliding down hills or turf-covered areas with cardboard, plus a zip line and playground.
What runners say about Olympus Park
“Covered picnic & gazebo areas, benches to sit on and well maintained grounds.”
“The availability of activities for all ages ensures everyone feels included and entertained.”
Olympus Park is so new that Google maps still shows it as a grassy hill. Because it is so new, it is also extremely clean. They had city workers pressure washing all sidewalks the whole 3 hours we were there. I was so grateful for this because I forgot to put shoes on Henry before we left 🤦🏻♀️ My son had a blast here!
We went to use the dog park to let the doggies run around together. After they were tired though, we went to go check out the rest of the park and it was super cute! It wasn't very busy since it was a weekday so we tried out the zip line and the swings haha Super cool park!
Great little park. Artificial grass hill perfect for cardboard sliding. Lots of play elements to keep kids busy!
Such a fun park! We visited today from Oceanside and had a blast with our 3 yo Plenty of cardboard for sliding down the synthetic turf hill. It’s steep and can be intimidating but surprisingly no accidents while we were there and it was a little crowded. Plenty of space to roam around freely.
Trail conditions & character
“The park is really fun and progressive with some cool features like the grass sliding hill, long tube slide, zip line, skate bowls and more.”
“The only con I can think of is in the event this park gets crowded, it's possible parking can become an issue due to the street being the only place to park.”
“Great park with different activities for children but very disappointing NOT having restrooms which maybe a problematic for young children.”
“BSA skateboard lesson for beginners every Monday 3:30 to 5 pm very cool skatepark with a dog park and a playground for kids”
“He bounced between the tandem swings, the zip line swing, and the tire swing a million times and he slid down the grass hill and concrete slides over and over.”
“This park is tri level and even has a zip line in it for the kids.”
