Confirmed from Pakim Pond's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Pakim Pond
“The White trail is very well maintained and marked.”
“Beautiful location for a bike ride and views of the pond but watch for biting flies.”
“It was hottest time of the summer in 2023 but it was just so peaceful and void of anybody.”
Been going here since I was a kid, but now have running water in the bathrooms rather than just a hole in the ground. A lot of fun swimming and the nature trails are a blast absolutely love this place
Hiking Trail Review Mount Misery Trail - 10 Miles Great intro to spring time! Trail has a very large lot to park at the start with free entry. Very clean and secure. Trail itself is very well marked with multiple intersecting paths. Great views and very well maintained.
Decent size parking lot. The is handicap parking available. There are bathrooms there along with picnic tables and grills. There was also a gazebo. At the end of the parking lot is access to a few trails. The White trail is very well maintained and marked. If you do the trails I definitely recommend using bug spray.
Cool spot! Nice trails, nice spot for a picnic with the fam. Enjoy. Watch out for ticks always in the pine barrens.
