Confirmed from Peoria Calderwood Butte Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Area containing a 1.5-mile, easy-to-access trail to its peak, which is known for its vistas.

Nice and easy hike. Had plenty of great views of surrounding Peoria area.
Perfect morning hike for west valley locals. Great views, free parking and easy hiking; easy access to get to. The main trailhead is off 99th ave, but there is another “unimproved” trailhead off 107th & Jomax. That side has an optional short loop for quick easy runs to stretch your legs.
Fun little hike. There's 2 different routes. Pretty easy, neither of them are more than 2 miles.
This is a decent hike if you are looking for a 1 to 2 hr outing. Great view from the top. Loose rock and a bit of climb. I recommend good hiking footwear!
