Confirmed from Perch Pond Recreational Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hiking and mountain biking are available at this park.

“Beautiful place, lovely gnomes, and well marked trails”
“With well marked and well dressed paths we were able to enjoy views of native bird life as well as the parks ongoing conservation project.”
You've got to understand that despite the label given on Google Maps, Swans' Trails at Perch Pond is not a formal, civic sponsored recreational area, but is the result of the efforts of a handful of mtn.
A nice walk in the woods. Funny gnomes and plenty of trail markers. It was fun to find our way around. Perch pond is quite scenic.
Definitely a trail system in it's infancy. Has wide open gravel road with interconnecting technical trails. Provides fun for various skill levels. Some maintenance work needed at spots, and overall the trails just need more time to develop. Also, wear long pants, the high grass is everywhere with plenty of bugs!
My fav local hike. Super nice trails, killer views and not well traveled.
