Confirmed from Portici Trail Head's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Portici Trail Head
The fields here are beautiful, especially on a cool, breezy autumn day. The Portici Trail is mainly a mown path and a gravel road that is about a mile in length. The signs are informative. The Portici Bridle loop goes through wooded areas, mown grass, and hard packed roads. I'm not sure how long the Bridle Loop is.
A great spot to take your horses and enjoy a variety of trails. The trails meander alongside fields and into the woods and across a few streams depending on how far you go. A wonderful trail!
