Confirmed from Stagg Hill Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Tree-lined open space with a playground & athletic field, picnic tables with grills & walking paths.
What runners say about Stagg Hill Park
This is a wonderful little park surrounded by a residential neighborhood. My wife and I loved the short nature trail through the woods on the perimeter and our kids loved the playground!
Small playground and a couple trails. There's a small picnic area as well.
Would recommend for small families, parents that are socially awkward but want to take their little kiddos to a park, or anyone looking for a hidden little park gem. The playground is sized for small children so it was perfect for my daughter. There's swings for babies/toddlers and for older kids.
Multiple choice on route you can take and length of trails. Great view, well taken care of.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
