Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Went hiking here in April. A good loop trail. Path is fairly easy to stay on, so long as you know to look for the markers. There were two spots that were semi-steep, so be sure to wear good shoes/ankle support. Definitely beautiful, and not too heavily trafficked.

Nice easy trail; a couple of steep areas but easily doable unless muddy! Busier than some trails but mostly with fishermen at the beginning. Also it’s a fairly narrow trail - one person at a time single file - not side by side except in the more open areas. Gorgeous views!

Very beautiful area to take a nice walk and fish that not many people seem to know about. A great place to photograph!

Beautiful and uncrowded as always. Ever since Ancient Forest opened up, I generally have Two Rivers to myself especially on weekdays. There’s one place where you have to scoot on your butt down a steep hill. You aren’t likely to get back up the same way. A GPS isn’t a bad idea.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
